The Hamburg Games Conference is an interdisciplinary conference of the computer game industry. Featuring different topics each year, the conference focuses on various facets of the computer game segment and highlights potential forms of cooperation with other segments of the media and entertainment industry. Well-known speakers will shed light on and examine the future viability of current trends in the computer game industry. This year’s topics are “VC Capital – every success story has its beginning” and Mobile Games. In two panels national and international experts from different branches speak about current developments with practical examples.

Top class speakers will share their experiences with Venture Capital, chances and pitfalls, legal do’s and don’ts and strategies for a successful exit in the games segment.

“It´s all about mobile”

The Hamburg Games Conference will discuss new opportunities in the mobile games segment. One central topic will be the question how to implement existing IP in the mobile world and turning them into successful cross-platform-applications.
