Dr. Christian Rauda
Dr. Christian Rauda is qualified as a certified specialist for IT law, copyright- and media law as well as a certified specialist for intellectual property law. Since 2008 he is a partner of the media law firm GRAEF Rechtsanwälte. He is the author of many law books including “Law of Computer Games” and is holding a teaching position at University of Applied Sciences in Technology and Business (game design studies). Christian’s main area of expertise lies in the area of copyright, trademark and unfair competition law as well as the law of electronic games.
Dr. Ralph Oliver Graef
Dr. Ralph Oliver Graef, LL.M. (NYU) is Managing Partner and founder of the media law firm GRAEF Rechtsanwälte. He is qualified as a certified specialist for copyright- and media law as well as a certified specialist for intellectual property law and also admitted as Attorney-at-law to the New York Bar, USA. He serves as an arbitrator of the Independent Film & Television Alliance, L.A. (IFTA), the global trade association of the independent motion picture and television industry.
Project Manager at Gamecity Hamburg
As project manager for Gamecity Hamburg, Margarete Schneider organizes the Games Lift Incubator and is the main contact for Incubator teams and mentors from the application phase until graduation. Before taking up her role at Gamecity Hamburg, she has worked as Senior Product Manager for the Hamburg-based game developer and publisher Daedalic Entertainment, managing both rising indie developer teams and well-known IP-holders. As a former head of the sales department, she also has deep insights into the marketing and distribution channels of computer and video games.
