Dr. Christian Rauda is a board-certified specialist for IT law, a board-certified specialist for copyright and media law and a board-certified specialist for intellectual property law. He has been a partner in the media law firm GRAEF Rechtsanwälte since its establishment in 2008. He is the author of more than a dozen legal books, including “Recht der Computerspiele” (Law of Computer Games). Christian lectures at HTW Berlin (Game Design Studies). His main areas of expertise are IT, copyright, trademark and data protection law as well as the law of electronic games.
